FAQs
All You Wanted to Know And More
How can you help?
Donating your old dresses is the best way to support our cause! Buying dresses that look amazing from well known retailers can be quite expensive and takes us away from the purpose of our company. So donating your dresses that you don't wear anymore, so that we can offer them on our website, would be much appreciated, and it would make the prom experience for many girls, more affordable. Contact us through email to donate!
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and paypal as our various forms of payment.
Where do you ship to?
We ship locally and charge a flat fee of $5 per shipment. We hope to expand out of the greater Seattle area soon but as of right now we are based in Bellevue, WA.
What is your return policy?
Considering our business itself is a rental business we don’t have the standard return policy. Instead what happens is if you would like to try on dresses before you finalize your choice we strongly recommend that you make an appointment with us and choose a dress and then place an order for it online. How this works is we guarantee that your order comes in one day before the day of your event and you are automatically charged per day after that. Thus we recommend making sure that this dress is absolutely what you want and that it is in the right size before you order so that you don’t overpay by having to order multiple dresses or so that you aren't left without a dress. If you have any other questions about this policy please contact us., we would love to help!
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We have sales multiple times a year and if you order as a group we will give you an extra discount by money on a per group basis after the dresses have been returned.
Why should we choose Princess Protection Project?
Princess Protection Project offers low prices on dresses so that anyone can afford them. Our goal is to help not only the underprivileged in the greater Seattle area but all the girls who are trying to have a fun night out without spending hundreds of dollars.
Are you a nonprofit organization?
No we are a full time business but our motivations for creating this business wasn't to make a profit but to rather make sure that girls have the time of their lives at school dances without having to worry about the cost of having to get new dresses for each dance. However we still need money to make sure the dresses are kept in proper condition as well as money to pay for our employees so we make very little profit out of each dress sold. This is why your support matters! The more the word spreads the more likely we are to be able to keep our businesses running to serve you.,
